  • Payments: We accept all major credit cards and debit cards through PayPal secure. You do not have to have a Paypal account. We do not accept check or COD. No orders by phone please. You may leave a message and someone will contact you via email or phone as soon as possible.

    Order Acceptance: Wren's Grove reserves the right to accept or decline any order for any reason. We also reserve the right to alter the price of all items we carry at this time, as stated in our policy: Prices Subject to Change without Notice.

    Typographical Errors: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical errors, error in pricing, product information received from our suppliers, etc... Wren's Grove will attempt to contact you my phone before cancelling the order or item that is incorrect. 

    Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without notice. The prices listed on our website will be the most accurate and up to date.

    Back Order: When any item is placed on back order at Wren's Grove, we will ship it out to you as soon as it arrives. However if the value of the merchandise is under $5.00, we will drop the missing item from your order and notify you to reorder the item if you desire along with an estimated due date of its arrival.



  • Shipping & Delivery
  • At this time, Wren's Grove ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Wren's Grove ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, and the United Kingdom but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

  • Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Wren's Grove is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.



  • Sales Tax
  • Wren's Grove is required to charge Nevada sales tax on orders to be delivered to address within the state of Nevada. The customer is solely responsible for all sales tax(or other taxation) on orders shipped to any other state or out of the country.



  • Return Policy
  • If you want to return an item to Wren's Grove you must contact us within 5 days of receipt by emailing customerservice.wrensgrove@hotmail.com or by calling us at 1-845-669-6322. You must have original invoice number for reference. All returns are subject to 10% restocking fee.

    Due to the increase in shipping costs we reserve the right to bill your account for all shipping fees billed to us due to a package being returned or refused without prior approval.

    DAMAGES: If you are missing any items from your order or have received damage items put the package aside and contact us within 10 days so we may resolve the issue in a timely manner. Filing of damaged claims or missing package claims with shipping provider (UPS or USPO) will be the customer's sole responsibility of the customer.

    Pursuant to current United States Postal Service regulations and other State and Federal laws, Wren's Grove is unable to make claims as to the effectiveness of the products sold on this website for medicinal, health or occult purposes.
